Job summary

Nutri Industrial Sdn Bhd is hiring a Sales Executive at our Tanjung Langsat, Johor facility. This full-time role focuses on developing and managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and coordinating orders to ensure smooth delivery.

You will identify new business opportunities, handle inquiries and quotes, and work with production, logistics, and finance to fulfill orders while tracking performance and contributing to sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or fertilizer-related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and maintain customer accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Chinese language ability is an advantage for liaising with customers/suppliers.

What you'll be doing

Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfilment

Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports when required

Assist in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets

Provide support for customer visits, product presentations, and market development

What we're looking for

At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or fertilizer-related industries

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build relationships and maintain customer accounts

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers or suppliers)
