Biovista Lifesciences Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth in the Southern Area from Batu Pahat, Johor. This full-time, on-site role covers dealer networks, customer relationships, and new business opportunities, with KPI-based compensation and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Min SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; Fertilizer/ Agrochemicals/Hardware related is preferred.
• Self-driven with proven drive and willingness to excel in sales.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily outdoor sales activity and travel to serve dealers, wholesalers/distributors and prospective customers.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales service, including addressing customer complaints to ensure product effectiveness.
• Travel to meet new prospective customers, promote our brands and products, and develop new markets.
• Submit monthly sales reports and sales forecasts.
• Monitor collections and collect payments upon maturity.
• Perform sales activities within the designated area and support events, exhibitions and promotions.
• Maintain existing sales network and manage customer relationships.

Biovista Lifesciences Sdn Bhd, a growing agrochemical company, is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, on-site role based in Batu Pahat Johor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets to support the company’s expansion and market presence.

What you'll be doing :

• Execute daily outdoor sales activity, travel daily to serve dealers, wholesalers/distributors & prospective customers. Include maintain existing sales network.
• Technical presentation for potential & existing customers to achieve Sales Target
• Able to travel outstation to meet new prospective customers / promote our brands and new product / conduct product briefing / develop new market.
• Provide pre-sales & after-sales service including customer complaints to ensure product effectiveness and improvement.
• To monitor collections and to collect payment upon payment maturity
• To submit monthly sales report and sales forecast
• To perform sales activities within the area designated by management and any Ad-hoc assignment such as event, exhibition, sales workshop, advertisement or promotion activity
