Job summary

Nutri Industrial Sdn Bhd is hiring a Sales Executive at our Tanjung Langsat, Johor facility. This full-time role focuses on developing and managing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and coordinating orders to ensure smooth delivery.

You will identify new business opportunities, handle inquiries and quotes, and work with production, logistics, and finance to fulfill orders while tracking performance and contributing to sales targets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or fertilizer-related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and maintain customer accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Chinese language ability is an advantage for liaising with customers/suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
• Handle sales inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance to fulfil orders.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports as required.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
• Provide support for customer visits, product presentations, and market development.
