Company Background:

We are representing our client, amultinational agro-based market leader with nationwide distribution, recognized for its integrated operations and strong presence in organic fertilizer solutions and agricultural supply chains. As they are expanding, they are currently looking for a Sales Manager - Fertilizer Products to be based in Nilai, Negeri Sembilam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for fertilizer products
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectivelyin the fertilizer sector
• Lead and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals and actively prospect for new business opportunities and convert leads into customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, including farmers, distributors, agro-dealers, and plantation owners
• Responsible for timely collection of payment from customers to generate positive cash flow for the company and minimize exposure to bad debts
• Monitor and track sales performance against targets, adjusting as necessary to meet sales KPI.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• Non degree/Diploma holder with proven track record of success in sales leadership roles will be considered
• Preferably candidates with minimum 5 years in sales and marketing roles, especially in agriculture products industries
• Proficiency in data analysis, budgeting, and financial management

Working Hours & Days: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri & Alternate Saturday)
