Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Semenyih Selangor. The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling residential and commercial properties, including conducting sales presentations, site visits, and property tours for prospective buyers. The role includes following up on leads, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The Sales Executive will maintain relationships with agents and partners, participate in marketing and promotional activities, and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
