Job summary

TotalEnergies Marketing Malaysia Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Sales Executive to cultivate customer relationships, provide marketing and technical support, and expand the customer base in Malaysia.

You will manage credit limits, monitor market activities, and propose strategic improvements to service and profitability. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing, have at least 2 years in sales, and demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Preferably Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing and related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Passion in selling and desire to deliver result.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skill.
• Self-motivated and ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, email and internet technology.
• Ability to communicate effectively in languages commonly used in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Regular visits to customers to provide marketing, sales and technical assistance.
• Monitor and control the credit limits of customers and to propose for revision of new credit limit
• Monitor and keep updated on the market and key competitors' activities and development
• Establishing contact and building relationships with prospects; recommending solutions to develop new customers.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
• Ensure all requirements / orders from customers are met by internal departments.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• To update and maintain CRM as required and to adhere to the company internal policy and procedure
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
