Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a sales-focused professional to manage and develop food service accounts across Johor. You will identify new customers, nurture relationships, and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while promoting products and promotions. Travel within Johor may be required to build a strong regional footprint.

The role emphasizes negotiation, customer service, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely order delivery and effective after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the food service, FMCG, or food ingredients industry.
• Experience handling food service customers in Johor is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to travel extensively within Johor.
