Job summary

BP Plastics in Johor is seeking two Marketing Executives to implement strategic marketing plans that promote the company’s products to regional audiences. You will represent the company, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with customers to drive sales.

We value passion, fast learning, and the ability to travel as needed between Batu Pahat HQ and Selangor/KL. Diploma/Degree in Business Studies is required, packaging experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Business Studies.
• Experience in packaging field will be added advantage.
• Passion to work and fast learner.
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport (Batu Pahat HQ ⇄ Selangor/KL when required).

Responsibilities

• Implement an effective marketing plan that introduces and promotes Company’s products and image to the correct audiences based on the region assigned.
• Represent the interest of the company effectively to customers and lead negotiations for contracts.
• Develop, establish and maintain profitable relationship with existing customers and ensure timely collection of revenue.
• Maintain good relationship with existing customers and develop relationship with new customers with the objective of increasing sales.
• Continuously monitor the market development and re-align with the sales and marketing strategies, to look for opportunities to meet or enhance the sales target.
• Conduct after-sales support to ensure that the product and services meet customers’ expectations (quality, quantity, timeliness).
