Job summary

Wang Zheng Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a sales-focused professional for the JB/southern Malaysia market. You will drive monthly and annual targets, develop opportunities across retail, distributors, and modern trade, and expand market share for our products.

The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, independence, and willingness to travel. Relevant FMCG experience and Mandarin/FRE will be advantageous for client communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG.
• Strong understanding of retail landscape (modern trade, general trade, distributors).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Results-driven with proven sales track record.
• Able to work independently and meet targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities (retail, distributors, modern trade, etc.).
• Expand market share and product presence.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
• Ensure product listing, shelf positioning, and stock availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
• Support trade promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing team on branding and visibility initiatives.
