Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow our HORECA customer base across hotels, restaurants and cafés. You will identify opportunities, build strong relationships, present products, and manage orders through to delivery and payment.

This field-based role rewards a competitive basic salary with commission and performance incentives, plus travel and parking allowances. Progression opportunities exist for high performers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience; FMCG, HORECA, food services or retail experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with sales reports.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Find and win new HORECA customers while growing existing accounts.
• Meet clients, understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
• Present products, prepare quotations and negotiate sales terms.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and customer payments.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.
• Prepare monthly sales updates and performance reports.
• Carry out other duties assigned by management from time to time.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.
