Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; AutoCount experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with relevant stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Finance Manager in daily accounting and finance operations.
• Handle bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager in daily accounting and finance operations.
• Handle bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and financial statements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with company policies.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on finance matters.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
