Job summary

SEMS Sdn Bhd in Beranang, Selangor seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by promoting our metal stamping and engineering products to new and existing customers.

Qualifications

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team at our Beranang, Selangor facility. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our metal stamping and engineering products to both existing and prospective customers. This role is essential to achieving our sales targets and establishing SEMS Sdn Bhd as a preferred supplier in the industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and engineering sectors


• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business


• Present and promote company products and services to potential customers through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations


• Prepare and submit accurate sales quotations and proposals in response to customer enquiries


• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to close sales and maximise revenue


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and threats


• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline developments using CRM systems


• Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met and delivery commitments are fulfilled


• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads


• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sector


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels


• Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets


• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities


• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications


• Sound knowledge of metal stamping, manufacturing processes, or technical products is advantageous


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment


• Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and attend business meetings


• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred


• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal
