Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer based in Selangor to drive sales of PAM and PEQ in the semiconductor and electronics industry. You will manage the full sales cycle—from inquiry to order closure—and provide technical consultations and application support.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering, with at least 2 years in sales engineering or related fields, and is willing to travel for customer visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, PAM, PEQ, semiconductor materials, or equipment-related industries.
• Knowledge of semiconductor test & assembly processes, materials, consumables, or manufacturing equipment is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for assigned product lines (PAM & PEQ) in the semiconductor and electronics industry
• Manage full sales cycle from inquiry, technical discussion, quotation, negotiation to order closure and after-sales support
• Provide technical consultation, product presentations, and application support to customers
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on pricing, delivery, samples, and project progress
• Maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and forecasts as required
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
