Job summary

QES Group of Companies in Selangor invites a motivated Sales Engineer to drive sales of PAM & PEQ in the semiconductor and electronics sectors. You will manage the full sales cycle, provide technical consultations, and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to progress orders.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering, at least 2 years in Sales Engineering or related fields, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for customer

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical or related).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, PAM, PEQ, semiconductor materials, or equipment-related industries.
• Knowledge of semiconductor test & assembly processes, materials, consumables, or manufacturing equipment is an added advantage.
• Exposure to semiconductor tapes, chemicals, pick‑up tools, wafer handling, or related applications will be an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑driven, customer‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for assigned product lines (PAM & PEQ) in the semiconductor and electronics industry
• Manage full sales cycle from inquiry, technical discussion, quotation, negotiation to order closure and after-sales support
• Provide technical consultation, product presentations, and application support to customers
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on pricing, delivery, samples, and project progress
• Maintain strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and forecasts as required
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
