Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer in Semicon to drive new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships. Fresh graduates are welcome and full training will be provided to help you grow in a dynamic team.

You will present technical and non-technical solutions, lead proposals and pricing discussions, coordinate with internal teams to tailor equipment offerings, travel across Malaysia, and nurture long-term partnerships while aiming to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics) or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
1–2 years of related experience are welcome to apply.
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, customer-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willing to travel within Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base for equipment sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Deliver compelling presentations tailored to customer requirements and communicate complex product features clearly.
Lead the sales process from inquiry through final sale, including proposal preparation and pricing negotiations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and progress.
Regularly report sales metrics and achievements to management.
Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
