Job summary

Zen Voce (PG) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer/Leader to drive sales operations and key account management in the semiconductor equipment sector. You will present technical solutions, coordinate with the factory, and follow up promptly with customers.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred, and a background in mechanical/electrical engineering or related fields helps you understand customers' needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical & Electronic/Mechatronic/ Robotics/ Automation), Marketing or related disciplines.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for communication with clients.
• Presentable with friendly personality and good presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Expand and penetrate semiconductor equipment and parts with effective sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Work with Principal/ Factory to convey messages and discuss solutions.
• Promptly follow up with solutions to customer questions or feedback.
• Identify market trends and assist in defining new product opportunities.
• Coordinate after-sales activities to ensure project acceptance.
