Bakat Industri in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients through our specialized engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel with their own transport.

Qualifications

• SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and project targets through presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Identify potential clients and generate new leads through market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare & follow up on quotations & emails.
• Provide timely after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role involves engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients
