Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of pneumatic, motion and fluid control systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal effectiveness and professionalism.
• Growth mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows and events.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by selecting and categorising customers.
• Manage accounts with proactive planning, preparation and reporting to management.
• Understand customer problems and priorities through account analysis and feedback to the team.
• Demonstrate technical and commercial benefits of IMI Precision Engineering products to customers.
• Analyze market trends and data to drive continuous improvement.
• Negotiate terms to secure favourable commercial contracts while mitigating risk.
• Provide post-sales support with engineering to address customer concerns and feedback.
• Keep CRM updated with accurate information and progress.
