Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and develop opportunities to drive growth.
• Manage customer relationships and support quotations and project execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop project schedules from start to mass production.
• Ensure timely information flow to customers and timely execution of tasks.
• Mitigate risks that affect project timelines and address engineering changes.
• Maintain BOM & routing for NPI projects and liaise with SAP updates.
• Collaborate with the team to report project status to customers.

Job description

-Responsible for driving business growth by identifying new customers, developing opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting quotation and project execution for metal precision stamping parts, including progressive stamping and related processes.

-Requires strong technical understanding of stamping manufacturing, tooling, and customer requirements to provide professional solutions and achieve sales targets.

To liaise with the Customers to ensure the receiving of complete information for the execution.

To form the Customer Focus Team, coordinating with the CFT to assign clear responsibility to the team.

To develop Project Schedule Plan, from the project start to the mass production.

To follow with individual team members to ensure the completion of each task to the timeline

To present to the customers on the Project Execution Status.

To be able to mitigate and escape the Risk to Timeline of the project, if any.

To create; manage BOM & Route for NPI projects & link with internal team for SAP updates

Identify potential technical issues with engineering team & support on resolving root causes & bottlenecks during NPI phases.

To follow up from customers, on Engineering change, if any on Design or Value Engineering

To co-ordinate with the team, to ensure the clear and accurate reporting of information to the customer and timely execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Knowledge of Metal Stamping, Tool & Die / Mold Making & project management will be an added advantage

Positive, result-oriented and able to work under extreme time pressure.

Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Mandarin and English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
