Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in metal stamping or related field.
• Knowledge of stamping processes, tooling, and project management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Mandarin and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and develop opportunities to drive growth.
• Manage customer relationships and support quotations and project execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop project schedules from start to mass production.
• Ensure timely information flow to customers and timely execution of tasks.
• Mitigate risks that affect project timelines and address engineering changes.
• Maintain BOM & routing for NPI projects and liaise with SAP updates.
• Collaborate with the team to report project status to customers.
