Job summary

Diamond Key International (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to manage strategic Oil & Gas and industrial accounts across Malaysia and the APAC region. You will prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial submissions while collaborating with engineering and service teams to craft customer solutions.

The role emphasizes solution selling, cross-selling of automation and digitalization, and building long-term customer relationships with regional operators. Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 3–7 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or engineering is preferred.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, industrial automation, terminal automation, or related industries is advantageous.
• Proven ability in solution selling and engaging customers effectively.
• Mandarin proficiency is preferred and encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing strategic customer accounts across Malaysia & APAC.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities and sales pipelines.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial submissions.
• Collaborate with engineering, project, and service teams to develop customer solutions.
• Drive cross-selling and upselling of automation and digitalization solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
