Job summary

Manly-Tech Engineering Limited is seeking a proactive Business Development & Sales professional to drive growth in M&E products. You will develop and implement sales strategies, broaden market share, and build strong customer relationships across Malaysia.

The role requires technical insight into M&E products, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and willingness to travel within Malaysia and ASEAN.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree required, engineering/construction background preferred.
• Experience in sales or related technical field service is desirable.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with strong communication.
• Mature, proactive, result oriented, self-motivated and service-minded.
• Willing to learn, positive, dynamic and outgoing; customer service a plus.
• Own transport and ability to travel within Malaysia and ASEAN.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for business development and sales of M&E products.
• Achieve the yearly sales target set by the company.
• Assist to plan and implement sales strategy to increase market share.
• Develop expertise in technical features, applications, and sustainability advantages of M&E systems.
• Partner with internal teams to develop proposals, quotations, and reports.
• Coordinate order lifecycle with proactive customer communication.
• Deliver reports and presentations on sales performance and pipeline.
• Assist in organizing marketing activities/exhibitions/promotional campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end sales and marketing activities to drive growth.
• Conduct cold calls to potential and existing clients.
• Any other assignments as required by management.

Job description

Responsible for the business development and sales of M&E products.

Achieve the yearly Sales target of the M&E products set by the company.

Assist to plan and implement sales strategy to increase market share.

Develop expertise in the technical features, application engineering, and sustainability advantages (including energy-efficiency metrics) of M&E systems and products.

Partner with internal teams to develop accurate proposals, quotations, and business reports

Coordinate the subsequent order lifecycle while ensuring seamless, proactive customer communication.

Deliver regular reports and presentations to management on sales performance and pipeline activities.

Assist in organizing, coordinating and executing marketing activity /exhibition/promotional campaigns.

Manage end-to-end sales and marketing activities to drive growth and market presence.

Cold calls potential & existing clients

Any other assignment given by management

Job Requirements

Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering / construction background preferred

Experience in sales and/or related technical field service

Excellent in negotiating and presentation skills, able to demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills

Mature, Aggressive, result oriented, proactive, self-motivated, service-oriented mindset and willing to work under pressure.

Eager to learn and positive, dynamic and outgoing.

Customer service experience will be a plus.

Passionate learner who has an interest in M&E products will also be considered

Possess own transport

Willing to travel within Malaysia and potentially countries with ASEAN.
