Job summary

OPT Machine Vision Tech Co., Ltd is seeking a Junior Sales Engineer to help expand our vision product portfolio across an assigned territory. Qualifications

• Open to all majors; preference for STEM fields (Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, AI/Robotics).
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus but not required.
• Strong interest in technical sales within vision technology or industrial automation.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, eager to learn; able to work independently.
• Internship or project experience in sales, engineering, or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification and acquisition of new customers, including system integrators, distributors, machine builders and end users.
• Assist in building a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry engagement activities.
• Participate in commercial discussions, product demonstrations, and customer presentations under guidance.
• Help manage stages of the sales cycle from lead generation to quotation support and order processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams in sales support, marketing, and technical departments to prepare customer-focused proposals.
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts to foster repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market insights to management.
