Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
• Experience in sales support, customer service, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Process orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, marketing, and finance teams
