Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, prepare invoices, generate delivery orders and maintain customer files.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements with internal logistics teams or external couriers.
• Cross-check order details and shipping addresses prior to dispatch.
• Monitor delivery schedules and update the team on shipment statuses or delays.
• Update the sales database and inventory system with processed orders and deliveries.
