Job summary

Teneo Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Development Representative to engage with inbound leads, perform outbound outreach via calls, email, and social channels, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.

The role involves maintaining the CRM, coordinating meetings, and supporting proposals to drive revenue. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply, with travel as needed in a dynamic digital/tech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales, business development or similar customer facing and engagement roles, preferably in digital /communications & technology industry.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales interest are encouraged to apply (optional).
• Hardworking, proactive and goal oriented.
• Strong communication and lead qualification skills.
• Digitally savvy, goal-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisation, planning skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Follow up and engage with inbound leads to convert into sales opportunities.
• Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualify leads by understanding prospect's business, needs, budget and timeline.
• Arrange and support sales meetings and presentations to introduce services.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM with accurate statuses and next actions.
• Support quotations, proposals and revenue team with client requirements.
• Assist the sales process through to PO conversion and update knowledge on services and trends.
• Weekly planning and progress reporting across initiatives.
