SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative in Malaysia to drive outbound telemarketing campaigns and qualify leads.

You will target potential and existing customers, set qualified appointments for the sales team, and maintain accurate CRM records while building lasting relationships. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus; immediate start date.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in telemarketing, telesales, business development, inside sales, or similar.
• Experience in outbound calling and setting appointments.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and securing sales appointments by phone.
• Experience in BPO, call centre, telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development preferred.
• Excellent English spoken and written communication.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
• Confident handling objections and challenging conversations.
• Good time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers using provided databases and leads.
• Engage customers professionally, understand needs, and identify sales opportunities.
• Present, promote, and explain products and services with persuasive, consultative communication.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team based on criteria.
• Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly calling, lead, appointment, and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, lead status, calls, and appointments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of leads and qualified appointments.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
