Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue and renewal targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
• Proficiency in native korean language is needed.
• Build strong customer relationships and proactively manage client concerns.
• Handle objections and competitive challenges to retain or win customers.
• Conduct high-volume outbound customer engagement via phone and email.
• Qualify leads, perform health checks, and manage contract renewals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and report to the Sales Manager.
