Concentrix Malaysia Sdn. Bhd is seeking an Associate, Sales Development (Advisor) to engage customers in ANZ English markets. The role focuses on demonstrating value, selling and renewing contracts, and articulating product benefits to clients of various sizes.

You will execute outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and lead strategic discovery meetings with senior executives, aiming to exceed monthly quotas while collaborating with teams across the client’s accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Malaysian citizen
• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma required
• 1–2 years of Cloud-based IT sales experience advantageous
• Tech savvy is a must
• Experience in consultative solution selling in B2B tech
• Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales
• Strong experience speaking with C-level Enterprise clients
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• History of quota over-achievement
• Knowledge of CRM system
• Analytical mindset and go-getter attitude
• Proven success in generating leads and cold calling
• Organized with pipeline and time management skills
• Any business sales or technical degree is a plus

Aufgaben

• Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails, contact decision makers, build rapport and assess needs
• Qualify opportunities and handle objections
• Conduct C-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
• Explain products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different sizes
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source and engage prospective customers
• Collaborate to create a territory plan of attack with target companies and messaging
• Lead and contribute to team projects to refine the sales process
• Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales quota
• Research and build new and existing accounts including contacts and discovery meetings
