Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle delivery matters and coordinate with suppliers and customers, prepare shipping documents, arrange delivery.
• Act as the window between customers, suppliers and sales staff on delivery matters.
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and coordinate with forwarders to ensure on-time cargo arrival.
• Participate in physical stock checks and handle incoming calls and filing.
• Assist sales personnel and monitor customer payables and on-time collection if required.

Our client is a leading Japanese Trading organization specializing in Raw Food Ingredients is seeking a Sales Coordinator to handle its sales support and supplier coodination. This role is seeking for Food Ingredients or Trading sector Sales Coordinators professionals looking to elevate their career.

Job Responsibilities:

To handle delivery matters and coordinate with suppliers & customers, prepare shipping documents, arrange delivery to customers etc.

To be the window person between customers, supplier and salesperson on delivery matter

To handle purchasing matter – issue PO to suppliers, coordinate with forwarder to make sure the cargo arrives on time.

To participate in physical stock checks when required and to attend to incoming calls and do filing.

To assist sales personnel, monitor customers payable and on-time collection if required.

Job Requirements:

Diploma/Degree holder.

Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP or any CRM (added advantage)

Soft Skills (Communication, Teamwork, Adaptability, Problem-solving)
