Job summary

Pasona HR Malaysia is hiring a Recruitment Advisor (Sales-Focused) to drive new business and growth in KL. You will actively network with potential clients, understand hiring needs, and tailor recruitment solutions that deliver results.

This role rewards performance with fast-track growth and a vibrant team culture. The ideal candidate holds a degree in any field, has at least 1 year in a recruitment agency, and brings sales experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in any field.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment agency.
• Previous sales or client servicing experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English and BM; Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development to achieve sales targets.
• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, networking events.
• Generate and develop new business leads to expand client portfolios.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and propose recruitment solutions.
• Act as main contact for key clients, ensuring quality service and long-term relationships.
• Achieve monthly KPIs and revenue goals through sales strategies and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with internal consultants to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and job orders.
• Provide updates on market trends, client feedback, and sales performance.

Your Role As a Recruitment Advisor:

• Drive business development activities to achieve individual sales targets
• Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, meetings, and networking events
• Generate and develop new business leads (yes, cold calling included!) to expand client portfolios
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and propose customized recruitment solutions that deliver results
• Act as a point of contact for key clients, ensuring quality service and long‑term business relationships
• Achieve monthly KPIs and revenue goals through effective sales strategies and pipeline management
• Collaborate closely with internal consultants to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment projects
• Maintain accurate and updated records, job orders, and client information in the recruitment system
• Provide regular updates on market trends, client feedback, and sales performance to management

Who We’re Looking For:

Degree in any field—Psychology, HR, Business, or Hospitality is a bonus

Experience 1 years and above in recruitment agency is an added advantages

Previous experience in sales or servicing sales = a big plus

Excellent communication skills & confidence in speaking with people at all levels

Driven, ambitious, and ready to hustle for success

Fluent in English and BM (Mandarin or Japanese is a great advantage!)
