Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Pasona Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to deliver practical HR and organizational solutions for diverse clients across industries. You will understand client needs, analyze data, and tailor strategies that drive people and business results.

You will lead engagements from scoping to delivery, facilitate workshops, present proposals, and build strong relationships. English fluency is essential, Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR consulting or management consulting.
• Experience working with multiple clients across industries.
• Strong knowledge of core HR areas (performance, talent, OD, competency, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Japanese language is an advantage.
