Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Pasona Sdn Bhd seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager in Penang to promote company products, collaborate with R&D on specifications, manage samples, and support customer evaluations. The role also covers sales forecasting, order management, and market expansion initiatives.

You will build and sustain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams while coordinating cross-border activities and addressing payment issues and claims.

Responsibilities

• Promote company products and support R&D/engineering on specifications and roadmaps.
• Monitor orders, forecast, plan gaps, and prepare sales forecasts and annual sales plans.
• Gather market and customer insights; identify expansion opportunities and support price negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, internal teams, overseas offices and HQ; assist with payment issues and customer claims.
• Manage subordinates, provide guidance, monitor progress, review reports, coordinate issue resolution, and prepare customer visit reports.
