Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage sales support and supplier coordination in the food ingredients/trading space. You will handle deliveries, coordinate with customers and suppliers, issue POs, and monitor stock and collections.

Diploma or degree holders with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM tools are preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree holder.
• Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint, SAP or any CRM (added advantage).

Responsibilities

• Handle delivery matters and coordinate with suppliers & customers, prepare shipping documents, and arrange delivery to customers.
• Serve as the window between customers, suppliers and sales staff on delivery matters.
• Handle purchasing tasks: issue POs to suppliers and coordinate with forwarders to ensure on-time cargo arrival.
• Participate in physical stock checks and respond to incoming calls and filing as required.
• Assist sales personnel and monitor customer payables and on-time collections when needed.

This role is seeking for Food Ingredients or Trading sector Sales Coordinators professionals looking to elevate their career.

Job Responsibilities:

To handle delivery matters and coordinate with suppliers & customers, prepare shipping documents, arrange delivery to customers etc.

To be the window person between customers, supplier and salesperson on delivery matter

To handle purchasing matter – issue PO to suppliers, coordinate with forwarder to make sure the cargo arrives on time.

To participate in physical stock checks when required and to attend to incoming calls and do filing.

To assist sales personnel, monitor customers payable and on-time collection if required.
