Job summary

Victual Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Sales Coordination professional to support daily sales activities and logistics arrangements in Bandar Bukit Puchong.

You will handle inquiries, process samples, quotations and orders, and liaise across Warehouse and Sales to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Two years of admin/sales coordination experience or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work at Bandar Bukit Puchong.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales coordination activities and manage logistics arrangements.
• Attend incoming enquiries professionally and courteously.
• Process customer sample requisition, quotations and orders.
• Coordinate between Warehouse, Sales and customers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Prepare inventory and sample reports.
• Assist with related duties as assigned by HOD or supervisor.
• Keep Halal and Food Safety Certificates up to date.
• Fill in customer Food Safety Documents for compliance.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and events.

Job description

Be part of the Sales Coordination Team to support sales related activities and logistics arrangement.

Attend incoming enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Process customer sample requisition, quotation and order.

Liaise and coordinate between Warehouse, Sales and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Prepare inventory and sample report.

Assist other related duties as assigned by HOD / superior from time to time.

Keep our Halal and Food Safety Certificate up to date

Fill in customers Food Safety Documents

Able to attend company exhibitions and events.

Requirements (What we're looking for)

At least SPM or higher education level with minimum two (2) years working experience in admin / sales coordinator related job.

Fresh graduate who are willing to do sales are encouraged to apply.

Applicants must be willing to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.Knowledge or ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Those who can start immediately would be an added advantage.

Experience in fill in Food Safety Documentation

Those with experience in Food Manufacturer Quality Assurance & FMCG would be added advantage.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
