Job summary

Chop Tong Guan Sdn. Bhd. in Subang Jaya, Malaysia is seeking a capable Sales Coordinator to assist the sales team with daily activities, manage documents, and coordinate orders ensuring accurate system entry.

You will liaise with warehouse, operations and Finance, handle walk-in customers, and support invoice processing and filing. Diploma or higher and strong communication are required for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and manage sales documents, inventory tracking and filing.
• Monitor and track orders from initiation to delivery in the system.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints.
• Liaise between sales and warehouse, operation and finance for smooth operations.
• Attend to walk-in customers and handle POS payments.

Job description

Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and administrative tasks.

Prepare and manage sales documents, inventory tracking and filing.

Monitor and track orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system.

Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any complaints or issues.

Liaise between the sales team and other departments (e.g., warehouse, operation, finance) to ensure smooth operations job.

Attend to walk in customer and handle pos payment.

Work hours: 9.00AM - 6.00PM | 5.5 days per week (alternate Saturday)

Requirement:

SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

A people-person with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
