Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative sales role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or sales management software.
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of the packaging or carton industry is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and maintain professional relationships.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into company systems.
• Liaise between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Prepare and maintain sales documentation, including quotations, invoices, and contracts.
• Track and monitor sales activities, order status, and delivery schedules to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer information in the database.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials as required.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Support the sales team with data analysis and performance reporting.
