Job summary

Asco Steel Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Sales Co-ordinator based in Johor to support our sales operations and maintain strong customer relationships. In this full-time role you will help ensure smooth order processing, accurate invoicing, and timely delivery coordination.

You will manage customer records, prepare quotations, assist the sales team with meetings and correspondence, and provide proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Co-ordinator or in a similar sales support role.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and documentation.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing customer orders from enquiry to delivery and invoicing.
• Co-ordinating with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.
• Maintaining and updating customer records and sales databases.
• Preparing quotations, proposals and sales documentation.
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and meetings.
• Liaising with customers for order updates and shipment tracking.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock levels communication.
• Preparing monthly sales reports and analyzing performance data.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies in sales activities.
• Contributing to achievement of sales targets and departmental objectives.
