Job summary

OREN SPORT GROUP of Companies in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage and grow sales for Corporate Gift and Apparel products, handling customers through the full order fulfilment process from quotation to delivery.

You will promote products to existing and new customers, tailor solutions, coordinate artwork with the design team, and ensure clear specifications before production, while coordinating with Production, Purchasing, Logistics and Accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Apparel, Corporate Gifts, Printing, Promotional Products or Custom-Made Products will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Able to understand artwork, printing requirements and product customization.
• Able to coordinate effectively between customers and internal departments.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with new business development.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's Apparel and Corporate Gift products to existing and potential customers.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products, printing methods, customization options, and solutions.

• Provide customers with timely updates on quotations, samples, orders, production, and delivery status.
• Coordinate printing artwork, logo placement and design requirements with customers and the internal design team.
• Ensure artwork and custom-made product specifications are clearly confirmed before production.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments including Design, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics and Accounts.
• Monitor order progress and proactively update customers on their order status and expected delivery schedule.

The role is responsible for managing and developing sales for the company's Corporate Gift and Apparel products, including handling customers throughout the full sales and order fulfilment process.

Key responsibilities

Promote and sell the company's Apparel and Corporate Gift products to existing and potential customers.

Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products, printing methods, customization options, and solutions.
