Act as the main point of contact for both existing and new customers, ensuring excellent communication and ongoing engagement. Develop a strong understanding of printing materials, including paper types, colors, and finishing options, to provide informed recommendations. Work closely with the production team to monitor order status, manage delivery schedules, and ensure smooth shipments.
