Job summary

Ultifresh Activewear Sdn Bhd is seeking an organized Indoor Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with administrative tasks, manage customer inquiries, process orders and ensure excellent customer service.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Candidates with a diploma or bachelor’s in business administration and at least 1 year in sales coordination are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in sales coordination/processing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCount experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp messages, phone calls and emails.
• Process customer orders and generate invoices accurately.
• Prepare quotations to customers.
• Provide product information, pricing and assistance with order placements.
• Update customers on new products, promotions and delivery of goods.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues.
• Assist customers with collection of goods at office.
• Liaise with head office, suppliers & vendors.
• Other administrative duties as required.

Position Overview:

Ultifresh Activewear Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and organized Indoor Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Indoor Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, processing orders and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customers inquiries via WhatsApp messages, phone calls and emails.

Process customer orders and generate invoices accurately.

Prepare quotation to customer.

Provide product information, pricing and assistance with order placements.

Update customers on new products, promotions and delivery of goods.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues.

Assist customers with collection of goods at office.

Liaise with head office, suppliers & vendors.

Other administrative duties as required.
