Job summary

OREN SPORT Sdn Bhd, Ipoh-based, is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive to drive sales of premium apparel and uniforms. You will engage customers, understand needs, and tailor solutions, while building long-lasting relationships with clients.

Ideal candidates bring outdoor sales enthusiasm, strong communication, and a proven track record of meeting targets. The role requires travel for on-site demonstrations and collaboration with marketing on events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in outdoor sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the outdoors and able to travel/outstation.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (ZhongWen).

Responsibilities

About the role

In this full-time position based in Ipoh, Perak, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our extensive range of premium apparel and uniform. With a focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert product recommendations
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our merchandise
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide valuable insights to the business
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
