Job summary

OUS Prima seeks a customer service professional to handle online enquiries and support customers across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will respond to inquiries, guide users on products, and build trust through clear, interactive communication.

The role requires a Diploma in Marketing/Business Admin, 1–2 years in CS or sales, and fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin. 5-day work week; laptop/phone provided; immediate start is a plus.

Job description

The incumbent is responsible for handling online enquiries from customers with daily customer support and operational tasks.

Key responsibilities

Provide excellent support experience to customers via Facebook, Instagram or TikTok

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback

Provide support and user guidance for the Company's services and products

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Perform other related duties within your scope as assigned by your immediate superior

About you

Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or any related field

At least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service or Sales

Basic computer literacy and familiar with social media such as Facebook and Instagram

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Cheerful personality, able to work independently and as a team

Able to perform multitasking and easily adapt to fast-paced working environment

Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin language to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Able to commence immediately is an advantage
