Job summary

Engtex Group Berhad is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support order processing and reporting from its HQ in Sungai Buloh. You will key-in information accurately and generate Sales Reports, Delivery Orders, POs, invoices and sales orders with minimal errors.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree or SPM with relevant experience, plus at least 1 year in a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided, and you should be mature and able to work independently in a

• Key in all relevant information accurately.
• Generate Sales Reports, Delivery Orders, POs, Invoices and SO with minimal errors.
• Ensure authorization/signatory limits on orders comply with company policy.
• Understand all documentation involved in sales and delivery of goods.
