About the role

We are seeking a talented Corporate Marketing professional to join our team at our Sungai Buloh, Selangor office on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position within our marketing and communications division, where you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and managing corporate marketing initiatives that align with our organisational objectives. You will be responsible for enhancing our corporate brand identity, driving marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels to support business development and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate marketing strategies and campaigns that support business objectives and enhance brand visibility
• Create and manage marketing content across multiple channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and internal communications
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and corporate positioning
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing decisions
• Manage corporate events, product launches, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness to optimise future initiatives
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and corporate publications
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall corporate strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, media contacts, and stakeholders

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in corporate marketing, brand management, or marketing communications within a professional organisation
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, market dynamics, and contemporary marketing trends relevant to the Malaysian business environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and marketing analytics platforms
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
• Familiarity with corporate communications, internal stakeholder engagement, and corporate social responsibility initiatives is a plus
