Job summary

Saiyakaya (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturer of protective films for multiple industries, is seeking a Sales Coordination role to support the sales team and ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

You will prepare quotations, monitor shipments, liaise with transporters, and handle customer inquiries, compliments, and delivery documentation. Requires a marketing-related diploma and 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Professional Certificate / Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
• English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.
• At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Junior Executive preferred in Sales - Corporate.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and sales coordination to the sales team, including prepare quotations.
• Manage order processing.
• Monitor shipment and ensure prompt delivery, prepare and arrange commercial & shipping documents (invoice, packing list, DN, DO).
• Liaise with local transporters for tracking arrangements.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow up and complaints.
• Coordinate with production and store for outgoing deliveries to customers.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Customer Service, Communication Skill, Self-motivated, independent and aggressive, able to prioritize multi task, and good interpersonal skill.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
