Job summary

Engtex Ductile Iron Marketing Sdn Bhd, based in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, is seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager. You will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

The role requires strategic oversight of campaigns, client relationships, and team performance. You will manage forecasts, budgets and performance reporting while collaborating with product development and operations to ensure superior service delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in senior sales and marketing management within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

About the role

Reporting to the Sales & Operations Director, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to join Engtex Ductile Iron Marketing Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, offering an excellent opportunity to lead and drive the sales and marketing strategy for our organisation.

As Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth. This role is pivotal to the success of our commercial operations and will require you to oversee all aspects of our sales and marketing functions, from strategy development to implementation and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
