Job summary

UPDATE PAPER SDN BHD is seeking a diligent sales operations professional in Penang to process OEM sales orders, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure timely delivery. The role involves handling invoices, supporting the sales team, and maintaining accurate records.

The candidate will respond to inquiries, manage order flow with logistics, and generate weekly sales reports while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Process OEM sales orders and coordinate with other departments for scheduling delivery.
• Monitor accurate orders entry and process according to customers' requirements and timely delivery.
• Generate delivery orders and invoices as per customer orders and ensure accuracy of orders delivered.
• Manage sales support team daily operations and performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns and complaints with sensitivity and professionalism.
• Monitor orders to meet customers' deadlines and expectations.
• Maintain organized records of sales-related documents including contracts, invoices and purchase orders.
• Monitor incoming calls and emails, prioritize issues and respond to requests.
• Manage the flow of sales orders, coordinate with logistics and track delivery.
• Reconcile and verify goods returned, short supplied and damaged goods complaints by customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• Generate weekly sales reports and share with relevant parties to update delivery status and inventory.
• Provide essential support to sales representatives and managers.
• Assist with training of new staff members.
• Ensure adherence to laws, regulations and policies.
