OVOL Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our head office in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. You will support sales staff with order processing, invoicing, and documentation, coordinate branch transfers, and help maintain excellent customer service and timely deliveries.
The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, at least 2 years in office administration or sales support, and strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills. ERP experience is a plus.

We are now looking to hire a Sales Coordinator to be based at our Head Office in Bandar Sunway, Selangor.
To assist in preparing sales order for sales people when necessary, processing branch transfer, issuance of delivery order, credit note, debit note, invoicing, filing and etc.
To identify, evaluate customer needs and promote company's products to customers in a professional manner.
To provide quick and efficient service to obtain maximum sales with focus on customer satisfaction.
To respond to any queries that customer may have and provide the relevant information accurately.
To identify and record customer orders requirement and to follow up regularly for sales opportunities.
To keep updated with the product inventory and to update customer of any new products
To address any complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution.
To follow up with customers to ensure payments are collected on time and any collection issue will need to be informed to the credit control department.
To raise sheeting request (SCN form) and liaise closely with warehouse sheeter operator/sheeting supervisor in sheeting requirements, scheduling and required documentations/reports for update in the system.
To provide market information and feedback on changes, new products, product deletions, problems, price changes and competitors.
To follow communication procedures and standard operating procedures at all times.
To support and assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned the Company from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in office administration, sales coordination, or sales support.
Experience in the printing, stationery, paper, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP or similar enterprise-level systems will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin or other dialects will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
A self-starter who demonstrates initiative, a proactive attitude, and a strong sense of urgency.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle urgent requests accurately and efficiently.
Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team, and comfortable working under pressure.
