Job summary

Japan Automatic Machine Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support order processing, shipping coordination and customer communications. The role focuses on accurate order handling, invoicing support, and collaboration with freight and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Fresh graduates are welcome; strong English, good attitude and customer service orientation are essential. Training provided to understand products and processes in our electronics manufacturing

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and customer service orientation.
• Able to speak and write English.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Language Skills: Able to read, write and speak English at an Intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Review and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all sales documentation is complete and compliant.
• Handle order-related queries from customers via email and WhatsApp.
• Arrange shipping schedules and liaise with freight carriers and internal teams for delivery timelines.
• Issue sales invoices and fulfill billing requirements.
• Provide tracking information and respond to customer inquiries about shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure all sales documentation is complete and meets company and regulatory requirements.
• Handle order-related and other queries from customers, through both email and whatsapp
• Arrange shipping schedules and liaise with freight carriers, couriers, and internal teams to confirm delivery timelines and any special shipping requirements.
• Issue sales transaction invoices and fulfil customer’s billing requirements
• Keep customers informed of order status, shipping details, and any delays. Provide tracking information and address customer inquiries about their shipments.
• Address any issues that arise in the shipping process, such as delays, damaged goods, or incorrect shipments.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
